Artworks and Commemorative Products
update:2024/2/7
At the National Printing Bureau, technical experts in printing and paper-making as well as designers and engravers combine their knowledge and expertise to create grace and functional products.
Intaglio Printing
Using the traditional intaglio method developed in banknote production, the National Printing Bureau provides prints with made-to-order designs. For this purpose, highly skilled and experienced designers use sharp needles to etch images in steel or copper plates.
Watermarked Paper
In addition to watermarked paper that appears brighter when held up to the light, the National Printing Bureau also produces watermarked paper with images just like paintings featuring shading from light to dark as seen in banknotes.
